Skin ageing is a natural process that begins after the age of 25. It is due to a slowdown in the production of Collagen and Elastin fibers, and also to the deterioration of the cellular membrane. • Lecithin – mixture of phospholipids of plant origin, its main component is phosphatidylcholine, able to restore the intracellular lipids of the stratum corneum. It has great moisturising properties, reduces desquamation and helps restore tissue elasticity.
• Urea – also known as Carbamide, is an amide of Carbamic Ccid, is known for its moisturising and softening properties. It is naturally present on the skin as it is the NMF (Natural Moisturising Factor) of the epidermis. If applied also from the outside, it plays a fundamental role in maintaining optimal hydration. It also has keratolytic properties, in fact it stimulates cell regeneration, leaving the skin soft and firm.
• Metillamide Cellulose Gum – is a substance able to penetrate deep into the skin and that acts directly on fibroblasts, increasing the production of Collagen.
