  • Carrots: rich in Beta-Carotene, resulting in Vitamin A, are useful in repairing damage caused by external agents and accelerating the metabolic processes of the body and skin.
  • Pomegranate: vitamin-rich food with powerful antioxidant properties. Also rich in vitamin C, it helps to eliminate toxins and to fight free radicals damages. The high concentration of this vitamin increases the production of collagen fibers, making the skin more compact and younger. Additionally, pomegranate, as well as broccoli, increases the defenses against damage caused by sun exposure.
