2. Fibrous stage: in which the first cellular damage occurs, which consists of the formation of small fibrous nodules and the greater presence of the “orange peel”.
3. Sclerotic-flaccid stage: associated with the presence of painful nodules, composed of adipocytes encapsulated by the hardened collagen fibers. Cellulite can still be treated at this stage.
4. Irreversible stage: the appearance of the skin deteriorates drastically due to the formation of more voluminous and evident nodules and at this case it can no longer be treated.
